The theme for this year’s gathering is BREAKTHROUGH. Our thought-provoking keynote speakers will help us unpack and explore key components of Presbyterian’s new Five-Year Plan, including our aspirations and our aims. I look forward to all of us coming together as we begin this new journey and create the next chapter in Presbyterian’s history.

I am glad you will join me and your peers as we focus on the path to a successful future and becoming better prepared to guide Presbyterian in the right direction in service of all those who come to us for health and healing.

On Friday evening, we will honor the service of our board members at the Annual Board Service Awards dinner. This evening will include dinner, entertainment, presentation of awards, and dancing.  It will be a great evening to celebrate our collective work.

I recognize the invaluable time, energy and expertise our community board members and our physician and senior leaders provide to ensure Presbyterian's success. This gathering is an opportunity to recognize those contributions. I hope you will find time during the retreat to relax and connect with others and that you leave this gathering energized to guide Presbyterian in this new era of healthcare.

I look forward to visiting with you at the retreat.

Sincerely,
