Hello Board Members, Physicians and Clinicians, and Management Leadership.

We are excited to host the 2023 Spring Leadership Retreat at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya after a three-year hiatus due to the Covid pandemic. We can’t wait to see you at this important event!

Our retreat is an investment in you and the other leaders of our organization. Our retreat objectives are multi-faceted and include:

• Inspiring and re-energizing our Board members, Physicians and Clinicians, and Senior Leaders in management;
• Imparting knowledge about Presbyterian’s strategic direction to enable alignment and action;
• Provoking new thinking in areas critical to Presbyterian’s success and generating new solutions;
• Creating opportunities for all attendees to connect and reaffirm their collective commitment to delivering on Presbyterian’s sole purpose of improving health.

Feedback from prior years’ retreats has been overwhelmingly positive and indicates that attendees gain useful information for their roles and come away inspired and ready to engage and contribute to the organization’s key achievements. If you’ve attended in the past, please share your experience with new leaders that have not attended.

This year, we have an exciting line up of speakers, both internal and external to the organization, and can’t wait to host an exceptional retreat for you.

• 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PHS and PHP Board Committee meetings and PHS Board meeting for members
• 5:30 p.m. Retreat Opening Dinner (This is a casual dinner providing a great opportunity to connect. There will be no speakers during the dinner.)

 

Friday, April 21, 2023

• 7:00 a.m. Annual Board Member Compliance Training
• 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Program of Speakers in the main ballroom
• 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Free Time
• 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Chairs’ Council Meeting for All Board Chairs and Vice Chairs
• 6:00 p.m. Cocktail Reception for all Retreat attendees and guests
• 7:00 p.m. Celebratory Dinner and Awards in the main ballroom

 

Saturday, April 22, 2023

• 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Program of Speakers in the main ballroom
• 12:00 p.m. Program concludes
