The Centennial Care managed care organizations (MCOs), in collaboration with the New Mexico Human Services Department (HSD), are offering training on reporting abuse, neglect and exploitation to Adult Protective Services (APS) through the submission of Critical Incident Reports. We would like to remind providers that this training is a requirement for all contracted Centennial Care personal care services (PCS) providers that report in the HSD Critical Incident Reporting portal. 

In this training, providers will learn:

• The "what," "when," and "why" of reporting critical incidents to APS
• How to submit an APS referral via phone, fax and critical incident report
