The Turquoise Care Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), in collaboration with the New Mexico Health Care Authority (HCA), are offering an in-person and virtual Personal Care Service (PCS) provider training for all Agency-Based Community Benefits (ABCB) providers. The training will cover PCS provider and attendant requirements as outlined in Section 8 of the Managed Care Policy Manual.
A reminder that attendance at one annual training is required for all ABCB providers.
