The Centennial Care managed care organizations (MCOs), in collaboration with the New Mexico Human Services Department (NM HSD), Medical Assistance Division (MAD) and Quality Bureau (QB), are offering annual training on the statewide reporting requirements for personal care services (PCS) providers. This training will help providers meet their obligation for Critical Incident Reporting training.

Training Overview
This interactive training encompasses how to report critical incidents to each individual MCO and through the HSD Critical Incident Reporting Portal. All allegations of the following types of critical incidents must be reported:
- Abuse, neglect and exploitation
- Emergency services, hospitalization and death
- Involvement of law enforcement
- Environmental hazards that compromise the health and safety of a recipient
- Missing recipients
The panel will also answer questions throughout the presentation and there will be a Q&A session at the end. Thank you for your participation in this training.
