Conference Details and Fees

Physicians, nurses, hospital technicians, care coordinators, psychologists, social workers, therapists,
bereavement counselors, chaplains, pastors, volunteers, funeral directors and first responders are
encouraged to attend the 2018 Spirituality and Health Conference.
 
The fees for the June 22, day-long conference are as follows:
 
Early registration now through June 17: $120
After June 17, or on-site registration: $140
 
Lunch will be provided on Friday, June 22.

Refund policy:
 
If you cannot attend, Presbyterian Chaplaincy Services will refund tuition, less a $25.00 administrative fee, provided it is received in writing on or before Friday, June 15, 2018. All refunds will be made by check, regardless of the original method of payment.  No refunds will be issued after this date or for non-attendance. Conferences are subject to cancellation. In the event this conference is canceled, Presbyterian Chaplaincy Services is not responsible for any airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by participants.
