Adult Yoga for Strength and Resiliency
Do you want to try yoga but think it’s only for the young and flexible? Want to work on your posture, improve your balance and lower your stress level? Then this class is for you! Join instructor Meghan Bass-Petti via Zoom to experience foundational yoga postures, joint mobility and stress relief, and an introduction to guided meditation.

Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is ideal for anyone who has limited physical ability, chronic pain/disease, joint instability or mobility issues. Gentle movement and breathing practices are taught while seated in a chair to improve strength, flexibility, coordination and mental clarity while reducing stress and anxiety.

Gentle Sunday Morning Yoga for Stress Relief and Joint Health
Enjoy a gentle yoga practice and guided relaxation to decrease stress while increasing muscle strength and joint mobility. Quiet your mind by focusing on breath and body awareness, soothe mental and physical tension through guided relaxation, increase circulation to boost immunity and strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve bone health.

Gentle Yoga for Back Health
Are you one of the more than 80 million Americans who currently or have previously suffered from back pain? Join therapeutic yoga instructor and Certified Posture Expert Meghan Bass-Petti for this gentle class that will focus on improving the health of your back with education, strengthening, postural correction and pain-relieving movements to finally find relief. This is also a great class for those who haven't experienced back pain but would like to focus on prevention and health maintenance! Classes are on Zoom and are recorded for those who cannot attend live.    

Warrior I & II 16-Week Challenge  
Take part in both challenges. They offer a 1:1 personal assessment and twice-per-week virtual sessions that will help you become a fitness warrior.    

Yoga for Families 
Looking for a healthy and fun activity your family can do together to get moving, release stress and learn how to be more present with one another? Join Miniyogis-certified instructor and licensed social worker Meghan Bass-Petti in this 45-minute class on the first Saturday of the month to embrace the playfulness and lightness that is missing in most of our lives right now. Gather your kids, grandkids or friends and join the fun! Classes are on Zoom and are recorded for those who cannot attend live.

Zumba!
There are a lot of ways to stay active and reduce stress – some are just more fun! Join the fitness party online with instructor Ashley Dunworth for high-intensity cardio, exercise in disguise and fun dance moves.

Heart Health Cooking Class
This three-class series teaches cooking and nutrition skills to support heart health, including tips on blood pressure management, DASH diet, stress management, and exercise. Learn ways to flavor foods without extra salt, and how to include more fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your meals. 

Healthy Lifestyle Cooking Class 
Join this special virtual monthly class to build your cooking skills and nutrition knowledge! Each one-hour class will cover practical nutrition tips with a food demo. Receive new recipes monthly, all from the comfort of your own home. 

Holiday Family PJ Yoga and Cookie Decorating

Join Presbyterian Community Health for this free, fun, family-friendly event with yoga and holiday cookie decorating! Come wearing your favorite pajamas and build memories together with a guided holiday yoga session and sugar-cookie decorating activity. Take cookies you make to enjoy at home.

Kids Cook! First Friday Cooking Classes 
Kids Cook! provides experiential learning for elementary and middle school students and their families. Classes support cooking and eating meals together, increasing physical activity, and supporting communities. Join class to cook along during the session, learn about culture and of course, have fun together!  

Prenatal Cooking Nutrition Class 
Join this three-part series (you are not required to attend all three) hands-on cooking class to learn key nutrients that support a healthy pregnancy, new cooking and meal planning skills, how to feed baby in the first year, breastfeeding support and weight management tips for after baby arrives. Free incentive at each class.

Seed to Supper Gardening Class 
Join this six-series class to learn how to effectively, plan, plant, care and harvest a vegetable garden at your home!

Sprouting Kitchen Evening Cooking Classes 
Join registered dietitian Fallon Bader for a special virtual cooking series. Each one-hour class will cover practical cooking tips during a fun food demo. Once you sign up, we’ll send you the recipe prior to the class so you can cook along with  Fallon if you’d like.

Sprouting Kitchen Cooking Class on Local Farms and Family-Friendly Yoga!
Learn how to cook a tasty and nutritious recipe using farm-fresh produce. Classes are family-friendly and bilingual (English and Spanish). Sprouting Kitchen classes will include family-friendly yoga during the session. Instructor Fallon Bader is partnering with yoga instructor Meghan Bass-Petti to offer these combo events.

Virtual Grocery Store Tour
Take a virtual tour in a local grocery store and learn tips and tricks for shopping healthy and saving money.

DASH Way Of Eating 
This one-hour seminar highlights the importance of practicing healthier eating habits to improve heart health and is part of the YMCA Blood Pressure-Self Monitoring program.

Diabetes ReCHARGE (Committing to Health and Reaching Goals with Energy) 
A nationally accredited Diabetes Self-Management, Education and Support (DSMES) program for individuals with diabetes and their caregivers. It is a highly personalized program led by dietitians that support individuals with their unique diabetes self-care goals.

Diabetes Self-Management Program Workshop (DSMP)
This six-week program is for adults who have Type 2 diabetes. Topics include monitoring blood sugar levels, problem solving, dealing with difficult emotions and foot care. Classes are highly participatory and supportive to build confidence in managing health.

Programa de manejo personal de la diabetes
Este es un programa de seis semanas para adultos con diabetes tipo 2. Incluye temas como el control del nivel de azúcar en la sangre, cómo resolver problemas, cómo enfrentar emociones difíciles y el cuidado de los pies. Las clases son muy participativas y de apoyo mutuo para fomentar la confianza en el manejo de la salud.

YMCA Blood-Pressure Self-Monitoring Program
This four-month program gives you tools to reduce your blood pressure, develop healthy eating habits and properly take your own blood pressure.
