Join Presbyterian Community Health for virtual health and wellness classes via Zoom!

We offer many classes that are open to the community. Classes are an opportunity to learn more about healthy eating, exercise, and steps that support good health and well-being. Classes also create a space to connect with others in the community, and share knowledge, experience, and resources.

All in person classes have been suspended until further notice, but classes are now offered online or by telephone. To register for a class, click on the registration link below. After registering, you will receive an email with instructions on how to join the class at the scheduled time. You can also register for classes by phone by calling the Wellness Referral Center at (505) 445-5332.
